Oregon Art Company is a creative project started by Amy Hardy in Portland, Oregon. A bit about Amy, from Amy:
“I have been drawing and painting the world around me since I was a child. I have been trained in design, letterpress, hand lettering and illustration. I am a health care professional by trade. Prior to my current career as a nurse, I worked in production and design of tourist guidemaps and travelled around the world updating those maps. As a part of mapmaking, I created printed work and was continually inspired by the world’s beauty.
Oregon Art Company features sketches and drawings inspired by my Pacific Northwest travels. I love exploring the wilderness and using my experiences as inspiration for creative projects, and I hope that these pieces remind you of your own adventures. My work is currently focused on creating Pacific Northwest mountain portraits and multiple commissions. More to come.”
